In order to guarantee high quality standards for everyone and to allow a pleasant use of our services, we wish to draw the attention of our Kind Guests to some rules of common sense and respectful sharing.
Access to the wellness area is prohibited to:
- Minors under 18 years of age
- Pregnant and breastfeeding women
- Women during their menstrual cycle
- Individuals suffering from high/low blood pressure
- Individuals suffering from cardiovascular diseases
- Individuals who have ongoing oncological problems or have had them in the last 6 months (always consult with the operators)
- Individuals with circulatory problems in the lower limbs (varicose veins, phlebitis)
- Individuals suffering from acute diseases or feverish states
- Individuals suffering from skin, infectious, or contagious diseases
- Individuals with open wounds, who have undergone surgery in the last 3 months, or who have bandages or patches applied to the body
Ladies who have had hair coloring in the last 15 days are requested to inform the operators.
The use of any type of personal hygiene product (soaps, peels, creams, oils, masks…) is not permitted, and it is advised not to enter the wellness area with personal electronic devices (cell phones, tablets, PCs…) and personal items (glasses, necklaces, bracelets, watches…).
